1. Customers may request an exchange if the item received is damaged and cannot be used, has expired, does not match the description on the website, or the company has sent the wrong item.
2. Customers may request a replacement for the remaining products if any item is missing during shipping/the ordered item is not received.
3. Exchanges will not be accepted if the reason is not listed in item 1 or 2 above.
4. If there is any quality problem, you can apply for a replacement within 1 (one) day from the date of receipt of the product. No replacement will be accepted after the deadline. Our company does not accept refunds. Please understand the product information when placing an order. Please make a request for replacement through customer service Invaluable Trove ([email protected]) and attach photos of the received product.
5. The item must be returned within 2 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) from the date of the customer's exchange request, the request must be accepted by our Customer Service Department, the item will be sent to one of our warehouses or any other place notified by Customer Service Department, and must include a completed exchange form attachment.
6. The exchange will be processed and sent to the customer within 30 working days from the receipt of the item at the registered address of Invaluable Trove, or from the receipt of the exchange request for the missing product in the shipping box by invaluabletrove.com.
